Refund policy

Replacements, not returns. Supplements are consumables: once a seal is broken, we cannot restock or resell a bottle, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered products.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us at support@neuramind.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the bottle and packaging. Once verified, a replacement ships free within 24 hours. This is a promise, not a favour.
Cancellations: an order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full to the original payment method. Once dispatched, the replacement policy above applies.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
