Shipping policy

Every order is prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking) through encrypted checkout and ships tracked within 24 hours of confirmation (business days). You get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves. Typical delivery: 2-4 days in metros, 3-7 days elsewhere in India. A bottle damaged in transit is replaced free — photos within 48 hours of delivery to support@neuramind.in We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
